2. Categories of personal data processed

Via the contact form on the website you may provide the following data, which we process:

• Name (required)
• Email address (required)
• Company name, phone number (optional)
• The selected topic and the content of your message

In addition, the server’s technical logs (e.g. IP address, browser type) may be recorded temporarily for the purposes of operation and security.

3. Purpose and legal basis of the processing

The purpose of the processing is contact, responding to your enquiry, providing a quote and consultation regarding our services.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the checkbox when submitting the form, and the taking of steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Partially completed form: if you begin filling in the quote request or contact form but leave the page without submitting it, the data entered up to that point (e.g. name, email, phone number) may be transmitted to us automatically by your browser during the session, so that we can handle your initiated enquiry and get in touch with you. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in handling initiated enquiries. You may object to this at any time, or request the erasure of the data transmitted in this way, at info@5pl.hu.

4. Data retention period

We process the data you provide until the purpose of the contact is achieved, but for no longer than 1 year from the enquiry, or until you withdraw your consent. In the event of a contract being concluded, the applicable statutory (e.g. accounting) retention periods apply.

5. Data processors

The following parties may participate in storing and transmitting the data:

• Hosting provider: RACKFOREST ZRT. (1132 Budapest, Victor Hugo utca 11. 5. em. B05001.; tax number: 32056842-2-41) – serving the website and emails,
• Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd. – Google Fonts (typefaces); in the course of this your browser’s IP address may be transmitted to Google.
• Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC – Google Analytics 4 anonymous traffic measurement, exclusively on the basis of your consent, with IP anonymisation. The data may also be transferred to the USA under the safeguards provided by Google’s EU–US Data Privacy Framework certification.
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. – Meta (Facebook) Pixel advertising measurement and remarketing, exclusively on the basis of your consent. The data may be transferred to Meta (and to the USA) under the safeguards of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

We do not transfer or sell data to third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Cookies

The website uses the following cookies / storage:

• Necessary storage: remembering the choice you made in the cookie notice in the browser’s local storage (cookieConsent), so that the banner does not appear again. No consent is required for this.
• Statistical (analytics) cookies – with consent only: Google Analytics 4 (e.g. _ga, _ga_* cookies) for the anonymous measurement of traffic.
• Marketing/remarketing cookies – with consent only: Meta (Facebook) Pixel (e.g. _fbp cookie) for advertising measurement and remarketing.

Analytics and marketing cookies are only placed if you consent via the “Accept" button; until then, measurement and the pixel are disabled (Google Consent Mode and Meta Pixel consent respectively). Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can delete or block cookies at any time in your browser settings, and you can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings" link in the footer.

7. Rights of the data subject

Under the applicable legislation (GDPR) you have the right to:

• request information about and access to the data we process about you,
• request the rectification or erasure of your data, or the restriction of its processing,
• object to the processing, and exercise the right to data portability,
• withdraw your consent at any time (withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out beforehand).

8. Legal remedies

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH):
