What is 5PL, and how is it different from a traditional warehouse?

5PL is the highest level of logistics: it’s not just warehousing and shipping, but supporting your entire logistics and fulfillment operation with a technology platform. You don’t have to adapt to our system – we shape our operations around your processes.

How does working together begin?

It starts with a conversation and a needs assessment. We get to know how your webshop works, your volume and your requirements, then we store your products and connect your webshop to our system. From there, orders flow in automatically.

Which webshop and marketplace systems can you connect to?

Any webshop platform – including custom-built ones – with a real-time, two-way data link. On the marketplace side we support both domestic and international platforms (e.g. eMAG, Pepita, Temu, Amazon, Allegro).

How much does the service cost?

Pricing depends on the size and needs of your webshop, and it’s always transparent, with no hidden costs. Request a quote through the contact form and we’ll put together a tailored offer.

Do you handle products with expiry dates and batch/LOT numbers?

Yes. We track stock at item level, with expiry dates and batch/LOT numbers, on a FEFO basis (the item expiring soonest ships first). This is especially important for supplements, cosmetics and food products.

Can you ship to international markets?

Yes. We provide optimised cross-border shipping: EU delivery, multiple couriers, automatic rate calculation, parcel tracking and even next-day delivery in some countries – all from a Hungarian warehouse.

What happens with returns?

We receive, inspect and – wherever possible – re-stock returns. For electronics, we run extra inspection and testing, with photo documentation.

Do I need to keep my own warehouse or software?

No. 5PL is an all-in-one operational backbone: no warehouse lease of your own, no separate staff, and no need to run a separate invoicing, inventory or logistics system.
